RASH - I ponder this question over and over in my mind! why God put this spirit children that follow satan, in our earth? what is the Reason?

JOEL - Here are some relevant scriptures referring to Stan and his angels:
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (Rev 12:4-9)

There are a few reasons I can think of that God cast them down to earth. First of all, in their evil rebellious state they couldn't remain in the premortal existance and it could be God simply had no place else to put them. But I think the most important reason is suggested in the following scripture:

"For it must needs be, that there is an opposition in all things. If not so, my first-born in the wilderness, righteousness could not be brought to pass, neither holiness nor misery, neither good nor bad. Wherefore, all things must needs be a compound in one; wherefore, if it should be one body it must needs remain as dead, having no life neither death, nor corruption nor incorruption, happiness nor misery, neither sense nor insensibility. (2 Nep 2:11)

God said:
"Wherefore, because that Satan rebelled against me, and sought to destroy the agency of man, which I, the Lord God, had given him, and also, that I should give unto him mine own power; by the power of mine Only Begotten, I caused that he should be cast down; And he became Satan, yea, even the devil, the father of all lies, to deceive and to blind men, and to lead them captive at his will, even as many as would not hearken unto my voice."(Moses 4: 3-4)

In order for us to live with opposition so that we can really be tested He sent those spirits down to earth along with Satan where they can tempt mortals to commit sin. It is His way of testing us to see if we will keep our second estate.

President Joseph Fielding Smith said:
"The punishment of Satan and the third of the host of heaven who followed him, was that they were denied the privilege of being born into this world and receiving mortal bodies. They did not keep their first estate and were denied the opportunity of eternal progression. The Lord cast them out into the earth, where they became the tempters of mankind-the devil and his angels." (Doctrines of Salvation, 1:65)

As President Smith said, it also seems a fitting punishment for those spirits who will never gain a body but will have to be here on earth watching all the other faithful spirits have something that they will never have. And their anger and jealousy drives them to do all they can to prevent our progress to eternal life.
