RICHARD - Just wondering where the Conferring of the Aaronic priesthood is held? Is it conferred upon a young man in Priesthood opening exercises or in the specific quorum whether its deacon, teacher or priest.

JOEL - Conferring the priesthood along with other ordinations doesn't normally happen in priesthood opening exercises; they are either performed within the quorum class setting or in the Bishop's office or in a room specified by the Bishop.
The Church handbook does not really specify where the ordinance should take place. The only thing it says about the event is that,

"An ordination should not be expanded into a formal meeting. It is not necessary to have prayers, testimonies, or instruction when someone is ordained."

This is probably why it would not be done in priesthood opening exercises.
